For those opting for treatments spanning 45 minutes or more, access to the pool is available from Sunday to Friday at an additional charge. However, some conditions apply; it's best to clarify specifics when you set your appointment.
Policies
All spa appointments require a prior reservation. A late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time.Hand sanitizer/hand washing will be performed prior to each treatment/service by both guest and service provider. A COVID-19 health information and liability waiver will be presented at check-in. All guests must be 18 or older to receive any spa services offered by the Baths at Roman Spa.
Cancelations
If you have experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive in the past 14 days, you will need to be rescheduled. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged the full treatment price.
Gratuities
Gratuities to all spa staff will be provided through a 20% charge added to your treatment total. Gratuities are not prorated to reflect discount pricing. Guests are welcome to adjust the amount with the receptionist in the unlikely event that the service did not meet the guest's expectations. Gratuities are accepted in the form of credit cards, or if a hotel guest, applied to their room charge.

Should you have a preference of a female or male massage therapist, please request at time of booking.
