What happens during a power outage and what is a PG&E PSPS?
PG&E will advise their customers in the region when a Public Safety Power Shutoff or PSPS is issued. During a PSPS event, power will be available to our pools, spa, lights, A/C, or heat. We do provide guests with lanterns. During a PSPS outage, guests who cancel their stay will have their advanced deposit held for a future stay. Guests who choose to remain on property during a PSPS or any outage will not receive any discounts or refunds. For more information, please visit the PG&E Public Safety Shutoff Page.
