PG&E will advise their customers in the region when a Public Safety Power Shutoff or PSPS is issued. During a PSPS event, power will not be available to our pools, spa, lights, A/C or heat. We do provide guests with lanterns. During a PSPS outage, guests who cancel their stay will receive a prompt return of their advanced deposit. We will allow room stays to be rebooked at the current or best room rate available. Guests who choose to remain on property during a PSPS or any outage will not receive any discounts or refunds.
