While summers are warm and beautiful, you
may want to visit during the splendid seasons of Spring and
Fall. Spring lasts from mid-February through April, when
the hillsides are green and the valley is lush with cheerful
yellow wild mustard and the soft pastel colors of flowering
fruit trees. Fall begins in late September during the harvest,
when the valley is flecked with crimson and gold until the
harvest ends in November. With mild temperatures in the mid
60°s and 70°s F (18-25°C), days are peaceful
and pleasant. End your day with a glass of wine in our gardens
or soak your feet and melt away in our soothing pools – tomorrow
has so much more to discover.
